I placed an order here on Feb. 3rd and promptly received a nice welcome email. After only a few days the transaction of $64.80 had cleared my paypal account but no email about shipping or processing. I emailed the address given in the order confirmation but it was returned undeliverable. I then went to the website and put a comment in the "contact us" area. After 23 days, I have still not received any correspondence. My account on the website says it is processing, but I am very leery. Any help would be appreciated.
