I ordered the TRIAL version for only $4.95. I was charged again for a full sized bottle before my 14 day trial period was up. I did not receive any product so I didn't notice it on my bank statement. On Jan 15 I received a package in the mail. I called the company and spoke to "Jennifer" the supervised who claimed she answered to no one but the CEO of the company. She said they do not cancel memberships..and did I read the "tint writing in the corner"...told her I would never pay $84 for this junk or any other cream, she said there was nothing they could do. I called back later and a different rep answered but found out it was her...why is someone who answers to the CEO answering phones. I sent my product back, am filing a claim with my bank and the Better Business a Bureau who has tried to reach them in 3 occasions with no reply and have ruled in my favor. However my package was returned and they are disputing my dispute. DO NOY ORDER THIS JUNK..THEY ARE RUDE AND SHADY!!!
