The person who I talked to said the were part of Norton Internet Security and Microsoft and they are not I called Rise Zone and complainted to them that I have talked to both Norton and Microsoft that they have nothing to do with Rise Zone but the person that I talked to kept refusing to admit that they said that they were not a part of Norton and Microsoft. I told the person that I was talking to and asked that they refund my money back and he kept refusing to do so. I told him that I would file a complaint with you and the BBB but he said that he would check to see how he could refund my money back but to the day I have not heard from Rise Zone and the [email protected] doesn't even work.
