I ordered an free sample on 1st February 2014 agreed to pay postage and package. Then on the 17th £89 and £95 was taken out of my account. Then on the 4th March another £65 was taken out and again on the 5th March a further £65 taken out I phone them up and explained to be told I would only get a certain amount of refund, that if I get it....... I didn't even ask for the full product.
