On February 10th, I purchased the Trial sample of Luma:
PURCHASE Luma Skin $5.63 Cdn (4.95 US)
On March 3rd they charged my VISA again for a full amount of US 00000000094.45 USD @ 1.142403 - CDN $107.90
I did not authorize this & sent the following email to customer service:
I will proceed with reporting your company to Better Business Bureau if my money is not credited back to my account. I expect this to be reversed immediately. I have also contacted my Private Banker to request a investigation into the validity of the original advertisement.
