I ordered the Spark Whitening Free Trial and agreed to pay the shipping and handling fee of us$4.90 on my credit card (what a mistakes!!) on February 10, 2014.
The product did not arrive until February 28, 2014, the package included one free Trial applicator AND one complete program of two applicators (which I did not ordered), so I called and emailed them to request return the product, the CS's keep repeating themselves that I missed the deadline of calling for cancellation (it supposed to be 10 days from the date the order is processing); but the problem is that I did not even got the chance to try the product; now they do not want to accept the return of product and of course NOT THE REFUND.
I think this company is setup to lure for quick cash (the over charged initial product) and do not care whether you will be long term customer or not, because most customer would definitely cancel the "Club Membership" after the initial shipment....!
SO BEWARE of this company and others that offer you Free Trial Products but needs your credit card information, even they said they will refund you when you cancel and return the unused product, the chances are that you may missed the fine print of THEIR Terms and Conditions of refund policy.
