Booked a 3 night stay in Chicago at the Swissotel through Olotels.com. My reservation did not exist, the hotel had no record of it. This site is a scam and really leaves people in a jam. Also, the customer service sucks, currently waiting on hold for over an hour. This is sooooo bad. Thanks for screwing me Olotels.com
