I've ordered Shigley's Mechanical Engineering Design and Fundamentals Of Heat And Mass Transfer by Bergmann , Lavine , Incropera, both with paperback in 21st January !!
I payed: 33.45€ and they were already deducted from my bank account in february . It's now 20 of March and they never showed up.
I'd like to know what's happening. The site does not show any order being processed and i've tried to contact the site to complaint more than 4 times.
I want my money back I hope you can inform me as soon as possible of what is happening.
