I read an advertisement online regarding this "great" cream, being sold my HBS. It was advertised as "Free." Yet, when I further inquired online, my Visa number was asked for: supposedly for shipping fees.
I was told now on the phone, by someone from India whom I could neither understand very well, nor hear because the conversation kept coming into clarity and leaving it; that there was a clause stating that there was a time period for the product and needed to be canceled if no longer wanted.
I did not see that statement at the time. I have been billed the above amount since February and for every month since then and now it's already the beginning of July. Every month I receive the products which I only wanted to try "FREE".
The manner in which this product is sold is a scam, a come-on. Who knows if the product is really good or not. I just wanted to try it; not received it monthly, NOR have to pay for something advertised as FREE.
