I have been chasing MCW Loans for a few months now for a refund of £69.95, I dont even know who they are. I complained to the company only to be spoke to like "something off the advisors shoe" this LOVELY ( I use the term loosely) lady was called Danielle. This refund never appeared. I have emailed the company as stated on the website and give them 30 days to cancel my so called application I have also reported them to trading standards. Whilst on holiday even though 5 emails were sent giving them the so called 30 days and cancellation they took yet amnother £69.95 and a further 2 lots of £14.99 which I got back from my bank as stated on their website a 'one off fee'. This company blatantly break trading standards at every opportunity and really do need to be closed down. I will in every power that I have make sure that this does not happen to another person. I will sleep peacefully knowing this and pursue this until I have closure to stop this company scamming people out of their hard earned cash.
