I looked at reviews for the Quality Inn in Durango, CO, and decided to book a room there. I called the toll-free number on their website, thinking it was a Quality Inn number. The man who took my call clearly understood that we were talking about the Quality Inn. He read its address to me. I made the reservation, giving credit card information. When I arrived at the Quality Inn, they had no record of it. I took out my phone to look at the confirmation e-mail, and learned I was booked at the Econo Lodge.
