The owner Spiro of cashflow capital supposedly now works with a USA company and he is ripping people off, he charges $4000 saying its buyer's agency fees and you can buy unlimited properties, yet when you buy USA properties, you are again charged a further $5000-$5500 as the US company's fee to source properties for you. This is absolute greed and he should be stopped from taking advantage of people who want to invest in the USA!
