Tried to return trial product within the 16 days, and just get answering machine to say will return my call and they never do. Also sent an email and no reply to that either. Now they may start sending for more product that I don't want. As I paid up front for this item, I was told I could get a refund if not suitable.
Even tried to ring their main line number but they don't answer that either.
