Over the phone paid for them to fix my computer. They were unable to use the tech tool to take control of my computer. Then attempted to walk me through how to fix. After 6hours when they could not fix they forwarded me to a supervisor whereby the super- visor stated your computer is now fix thank you for using our services. I stated it is not fixed. I disputed the charges with Visa aNd loss due to the statement PC Mask provided to Visa that I confirmed my computer was fixed.
