I just received a call from someone stating that she was Jamie Smith with Delaware Law Firm. She proceeded to tell me that I would be served papers momentarily and would be faceing felony charges for check fraud through my bank. When I began to question her about the reason for charges and ask for dates, amounts, times, creditor information, etc., she became upset with me and began to verbal abuse me. She said, "You probably do not even have the gas money to go to court", "You think you are a bad butt", "I can't wait to see you in court crying when the judge sentences you to jail". After I discontinued the call with 'Jamie Smith', I then began to investigate and found this site. I would suggest that if anyone else is harrassed to report the complaint, call your bank, call the credit bureau, etc.
