These people have been calling me since March of this year, they keep saying I owe a debt from long ago and if I don't give them a credit card number immediately that the court would serve me with a summons. They didn't know my ss# or anything but did know my name. After being harassed by these people for months, I called back today and cussed out at least 3 people who answered the phone. This is definitely a scam.
