told i was getting a 14 trial pills didn't arrive for a month so couldn't start trial to see if i wanted to continue? but then when my statement came i had been charged. have asked many many times for a refund but they say i need to send back the pills but this is the thing they were the trial pills and then charged me for the next shipment that never arrived? the address is for in Norwegen or some place?
