I had the misfortune of my credit card being stolen and someone purchaced this product..as soon as i noticed it back in July/August, I complained to my credit card company for months until they tell me there is nothing they can do and this company has no info in order to have a refund, I am a single mother of 3 children and it isnt fair to have been robbed and scammed! please have something done about this so that myself as well as others can have their money returned for a product we either dont have or wouldnt pay 99.99$ for.
