Like a previous complaint I too signed up for a "free trial" of the Derma Youth pro via facebook. the charge was to be postage and packing only at £2.95. Since that time they have taken in excess of £320 from my bank account. The bank (at the moment)has refunded the first debits totalling £160 pending investigation, but when I e-mailed the customer service department they have said that I need to return the goods quoting an RMA number to a POX address and obtain a tracking number, once the goods had been received they would refund the money. No carrier will deliver goods to a PO box number. I discovered that less than 2 weeks after the first monies had been taken that they have taken a further £160. To make matters worse the product wasn't very good and made my skin feel very strange. I have tried several times to get through to customer services before resorting to e-mail. I felt the reply was very short and not very helpful.
