I accepted a trial offer of the Matrixiderm cream. Two orders have arrived since the trial period even though when I have sent emails to customer service ([email protected]) And via their website to stop/ cancel orders. I should have been charged only $49.00 but instead I have been charged to my credit card $89.90.
