An item was purchased from this company using my bank card details I have used on a previous item (some months back). On my receipt for the item purchased, it says I ordered the item on 12/12/2014, which I did not. So I email back asking for a refund, to the email: [email protected], and they reply and tell me that all refunds are done over the phone, not in email.
So I call the number 61281034133 that the customer service person gives me, and it says the number doesnt exist everytime I call. I have been trying to get in contact since Decemeber through both email and phone, and now there seems to be no response at all., even from the customer service email address. Also, I still havent recieved any packages from Idrotherapy. What is this? This company and website should be shut down. I am only a student, and $109.99 makes a big difference to me. I want a refund now!
