I opted in to participate in a free trial from an advert in instagram. I was sent the trial pack with no paperwork. Then another came a few days later. No mention on any sites I was directed to was a trial period or automatic subscription. It is apparently on their website but my attention was never directed there at any point. I am naturally very wary of these schemes and consciously look for 'catches' to free trials. I received duplicate trial through a computer error which meant I had 2 subscriptions amounting to nearly $900. No paperwork or invoice etc ever arrives with products. I was offered a refund of %30 - for something I never agreed to!!! Just hopeless.
