The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity

International boundaries
ReservationDesk (aka Travres or Travelpass) made an unauthorized charge to my credit card account.
A reservation was placed in advance of two months of use (made in December for March). Agent did not state that the charge would be made at that time.
ReservationDesk did not send an email confirmation, as promised.
Agent proclaimed that there is not fee for cancellation, as does the website.
When I cancelled the reservation one week later I discovered they had already charged my credit card, although I had not used the reservation and was well within the free cancellation period.
I immediately contacted my credit card company. They put a hold on the funds and started a formal dispute on the charge.
