I thought I was dealing with the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield, Ohio -- but when I called, they had no record of my reservation. I called ReservationDesk -- aka PLN HOTEL, and they said the fee I charged to my credit card for the reservation was non-refundable. They did not inform me ahead of time. I went ahead and called the motel directly for a reservation -- So now I am paying twice for the same night. I called my credit card company, but they have already paid PLN "Reservation Desk". Do not do business with this company!
