I paid about S$180 for a Havaianas campaign, and Brandsfever took 2 months to eventually admit that the goods did not even arrive in Singapore.

They then very quickly processed a 'refund' that did not materialize, at all. I called the customer service and after numerous attempts, managed to get hold of them but was brushed off with a 'the bank will take 14 days to process the refund'.

That was in November.

It is now mid-January, and I still have not received anything. Brands fever is also not returning my emails or calls.

Do not purchase anything from them unless you want your money to disappear.
