I ordered Avanquest Premier 14 checkwriting software and was never able to install it. I have proof of this so I requested a refund and it has been silence ever since. I requested the refund on January 5, 2015. I received an email stating what I needed to do for the refund and that a ticket was created and would be processed within 24-48 hours. Never received anything more. I called two numbers l listed for them:1-800- 395-6682 and 1-800-325-0834. It was only a constant message repeating that "due to an unusually high call volume the wait time would be more than 10 minutes. I waited over 30. No rep ever answered. I also tried the live chat but that says that I need to use it or call during normal business hours. I am in the same time zone as this "company" and it was during normal business hours.
