I have been contacted 3 times by someone with middle eastern accent saying my computer is being hacked, accessed by someone other than myself, or some other detrimental activity. Each time they offer to fix problem after showing me a screen which are high volume of errors or other problems. Then they say it will cost me $300, $122.22, $217.78 - then when they get my Visa information they "go to work" fixing problems and offer lifetime guarantee. They called again this morning when my laptop was not even up or logged on to say there was a problem and I told them I was not going to buy anymore of there services since it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop. I have not heard back from them since then and laptop is working fine.
