I went to usps.com to change my address and I was taken toa page to do so. But I didn't realize that I was switched to changeofaddresses.com. They charge 39.95 to change to address. It cost a 41.05 to change an address at the post office. The fee is nonrefundable and I have already reported them to the better business bureau.
Update: 03/12/2015
The post office only cost $1.05. I received a receipt for the post office cost but not the $39.95 charge.
