02/07/15 called for free offer and paid shipping/ handling. Did not want or ask to sign up for monthly program. Got first product and credit card paid. Good product - satisfied. Thereafter on or about 7/8 or 19/20 of each month was billed and no product came in the mail. This went on FEB, MAR, APR, and MAY. Husband did not catch the fraud until after 19 May review of card's monthly statement. Wife called and instructed them to cancel. Company did not cancel and tried to hit the card again. Never got products for any of the subsequent 6 monthly charges. 9 Jun reported this fraud and closed my card. My card company credited my card back on my new card number. PPL Derm EXclusive tried to hit the card again 10/12 JUN. Do not know if my card company can get reimbursed. Clearly fraud - not a simple clerical error i.e. forgetting to ship products while getting paid for them.
