On TV Dr. Ordon says the cost of the "Fill'n'Freeze" is just $54.95 plus shipping and handling for *two* tubes, which I ordered along with something else for that was on sale for $5.95. Then a box of all sorts of stuff and but only one tube of Fill'n'Freeze arrives. The invoice reflected a bill of $179.15 the first charge was for $69.45 plus two pending changes to be posted on 11/6/15 and 12/06/15. I did not agree to that, so I call them the next to return everything without trying it. Customer service tells me that I need a RA number, which is provided by them, before I can return the products. I obtain the number, I cancel the order and they provide me with a cancellation number. I called back; they said they received the return and will process my request in 7 days. Yet, they still charged me in November, and December. I called again and now they said that they did not receive my return…I must still be in the shipping dock…meanwhile I am out of $179.15 and the credit I used expired on 10/15…yet they were still able to get there changes through…BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
