After my husband leased me a new BMW for an early Christmas gift, we signed and they took the car away to wash and wax for delivery and SEVERELY DAMAGED it instead. They replaced the window already that was deeply scratched, but refuse to change the trim between the doors. It is badly scratched and a total eyesore on a brand new car I waited over a decade to drive. My car looks worse every time I take it for the 'included' car washes. They won't take any responsibility and avoid my calls and emails.
