This happened March 19,2015.I subscribed March 19. They said for $159.99 I could use their services for 1yr.for 15 incidents. They said they could fix my computer. They worked on my computer for
4 days. I spent hours on the computer while they worked. I was very discusted with them. They lied.
I said my computer after 4 days did not work I wanted my money back. They said they could give me $99 back.
I said I wanted to think about it. I called to get the $99 back and they said I could only get $59.99 back. They lied and said they fixed my computer.
I said my computer was not fixed after I hung up with them my computer was a complete disaster. I wasn't going to pay them and hung up. I had to get my Grandson to work on my computer for 2 days to get it a going and still it wasn't right. I had such trouble with the girl technician on Sat. and I asked to talk to the boss about it. They said their records show that everything went well and it had been a disaster.
Half of my problem was I couldn't understand them. I asked if there was an american there to talk to me and they said "No"
Everytime they helped me, something else was wrong with the computer that wasn't wrong before.

These people need to be put out of business. They are so crooked. I also want my money back.
