i placed trades on a particular commodity, and the price that i got locked in for a call position was not the same price displayed on different stock exchanges. clearly their charts were not in sync with the stock exchanges. i lost the trade because of this, when i complained that their strike price was wrong, a broker called stefan Leblanc called me and said he is investigating in this and will get back to me, called me back in 20 min and said he will refund me the money back and it will show up as a bonus in my account ....how ever i will have no restrictions in withdrawing that money. (no turn over in their language).
assured me that all calls are recorded and i wont face any trouble.
i week later i placed a request for with drawl, ..... got a call from my broker at option rally that he cant approve the request because of the bonus that was provided to me, i told him about what had happened in the past, but he said that the senior broker "stefan Lablanc gave me wrong information. and now i have to place trades worth $105000 in order for me to get my money back,
i wrote 2 emails to the CYsec, but i got no reply from them. these people are liars,
i got a call from another guy who claimed to be the head of their trading department, called steve, and he said that i was provided wrong information, ....well who provided me wrong information ???? you did. and now you are brushing it off ..... how can i company do business like this.

rude customer service, they are just out there to get your money, once they have your money, its game over for you.


I have chat transcripts of option rally employees confirming that i can with draw the money that was paid to me as a bonus anytime with out any restrictions(no Turnover in their language).
the company has no integrity, no back bone.
