Ordered a pair of Sally mens sneakers& have waited over 1 month to receive the Wong pair of shots. Wrong style,wrong size and no return label to resolve this transaction. Although I saved the info from purchase online when I actually messed the receipt EVERYTHING is in Chinese. I AM LEFT WITH NO WAY TO RTURN THIS UNWANTED MERCHANDISE WHICH THEY MISTAKENLY SENT ME AS I D NOT SPEAK CHINESE. TRULY UNETHICAL PRACTICES BY THIS COMPANY. They should be stopped from conducting business online and abroad. Do NOT do business with them unless you plan on gifting then a donation.
