Ordered and received shoes for my daughter that did not fit her correctly. When the package arrived, it was smashed, but the shoes were intact inside. There was no documentation whatsoever inside. They want to make it impossible/very difficult for the customer to return items. I will pursue to resolve, but am finding out that others have been dissappointed as well.
This company is on my list of rejects to buy from in the future.
