We purchased immortal jellyfish cream and wanted to return as per there terms and conditions. They advertise on channel nines morning shows and state a full refund is available if products are returned. We have not opened any of the products and have the form they supply that is to be returned with a claim code for refund but you cannot get them on any of the contact numbers or emails that they provide. I have tried another number 0282020322 and left a message but still no return calls or emails and invoice states we must have code. How do we get this code I wonder.
