I gave this company my credit card details to pay for postage on a beauty products trial. I phoned to cancel future shipments as they requested (although the contact number they provided me to do this was not connected. I searched the web for their correct number). The next month my card was charged $68.96 for more products. I phoned to advise them I had cancelled future products but was told there was no record of this on their file. They suggested that I was lying about calling them earlier. I sent phone records to show I had called on the day I stated but no one will respond to my email.
