I submitted a DNA sample kit I bought from what I thought was Ancestry.com on the date indicated and my Visa card was charged. I received a kit for depositing and mailing a sample and subsequently mailed it off. Not hearing any results for over two months I contacted Ancestry.com. Their final response to my sending them the Visa card billing information is listed below. I think I have been scammed, but I could use some help.
