My wife ordered an application for my DNA testing in January 2016. We were out of town and our mail was being forwarded to NC. When I didn't receive any response, I called the Post Master in Nokomis, FL trying to trace if I had received any package(s) from you and was informed that it had been forwarded to NC. I reconnected to you and described my situation in detail. Another bottle for my saliva was sent to me in FL. After two and some months I still had not received any information about the results and I called #800 number and spoke with one of your reps. I relayed all of the information regarding my concerns with all the problems I had encountered in this matter.
The rep went through the records and was told that I was not in the system and never had been. At this point I was getting somewhat agitated. I did control my temper and asked what recourse I might expect from your company. Again I was told that I did not exist in your records and that I must the have the incorrect correct. I questioned this statement and was told that I should try to contact other companies in the DNA business.
I have waited patiently for correspondence from your organization.
I am still interested in receiving the report. If that is not possible. I would expect my money returned
I expect to hear from you in the very near future with the format we should utilize.
