I ordered the free trial of Bellesse, upon check out, it indicated that this products works with another product called Nouvebelle. I click the Nouvebelle icon to learn more, but instead it added the product to my order and completed the billing process WITHOUT giving me an option to review.
I immediately called the 800 number and they cancelled the Nouvebelle, but ended up sending it anyway (as I received shipment notification). I called again, and explained that they had shipped it, and they said to just write 'Return To Sender' on the package.
I called today because I wanted to make sure that they cancelled the recurring billing for Bellesse. They indicated that they couldn't until they receive the product BACK!!! WHAT?! And they do not pay for return shipping. What does FREE TRIAL mean if not that you keep the product?!
So now I have to pay for shipping to return the product, in addition for having paid for shipping to receive the product. I will also report this scam and notify my credit card company as well.
HIGHLY DISHONEST company!
