We had been out of town when the product arrived. Just in case there was a chance that this was a product that involved an automatic shipment if they did not hear from me, I called to request that no further product be sent. I was perfectly willing to try and report a review of the product after using it, but was unaware of when their 30 day trial began. Was is when I requested the trial offer, when it was shipped or when it arrived?
They would not honor my request and said to call back before the date they gave me. If I missed the date, they would then send the product automatically. I have a feeling they will send it one way or another. I will be calling my credit card company to beware of an upcoming charge.
Do not get involved with this company! The worst customer service I have ever experienced ending with accusations and screaming. After I hung up, they called back. I requested that they not ever call my number again. They did immediately, and left their snotty, condescending message when I would not answer.
Oh my gosh. If there was a monetary amount to be claimed, I am sure it would not be a pleasant experience.
