They offered a sample which I received in the mail after paying for the shipping. I didn't want to continue with the product so I called four days later to cancel and the fellow would not let me. I called again the next day and tried to cancel and another fellow wouldn't let me. That night I saw that they charged me when they knew I was trying to cancel. It has been less than two weeks and they are trying to charge me for a product that I don't want. Both young men have a hard time with English and don't listen. They keep reading a script which says that you have to wait another 2 weeks to really try out the product before you can cancel. It is sad that this company is being so dishonest.
