RESERVATION DESK LIED AND SAID THEY WERE THE DESK AT THE HOTEL COMFORT INN , EVEN AFTER MY WIFE ASK IF IT WAS THE HOTEL. ALSO LIED ABOUT THE RATES WHICH WERE $30 PER NIGHT HIGHER THAN WE USUALLY PAY THERE. THE REPRESENTATIVE ALSO LIED ABOUT THE TAX ADD ON WHICH ACTUALLY WAS HIGHER BECAUSE OF " RESERVATION DESK FEES "
HOTEL SEEMED TO BE AWARE OF THEIR PRACTICES , AS THE FIRST THING THEY HAD US SIGN WAS A RATE AGREEMENT ON WHICH THERE WERE NO RATES WRITTEN. WHEN I ASK WHAT THE RATES WERE , THE CLERK SAID SHE DIDNT KNOW SINCE IT WAS MADE THROUGH A THIRD PARTY.
