These people are tech scam pop up scammers. I had a window pop up on my computer with a Safari logo as I was browsing the web alerting me to suspicious activity and "adware" on my computer and to call a phone number for "support". It locked up my web browser and I could not go ANYWHERE on my computer (Google, Apple, etc.. ) to check them out. I called the number, got people in India, telling me they could fix the problem for me: they would need access to my computer. I gave them access -- I am ashamed to say in a moment of panic. They "fixed" the problem for me for $128.99 with a "permanent solution" worth $499. I realized soon after this by going on the web that this is a fairly new scam that has seen an upswing over the past year: the fake tech support scam. My credit card company is disputing the charges. Do not do any business with this company!
