Obtained free sample of Equinox and RVTLD in which I paid postage and packing at £2.95 & £3.95 I then found out that10 days later they had taken out of my bank £99 and attempted on the following day to take out £93 without my permission .
I did ring up the company custemer services in India and was informed that I had agreed to buy the free sample!! After a heated conversation I was but on with the manager who did not know where or who ran the company who had scammed me.
He also ended the conversation very Rudely by saying he would go now because he'd been on the phone long enough...
I was told to return the goods to Larnaca in Cyprus and they would refund me £75 the difference was for handling charges at the warehouse where the goods are ment to be sent back..
He also stated he would send me an email with the return address which I still have not received.
I have blocked the two accounts so they can not steal anymore of my money.
Something should be done about this scam but have been told as it is not from this country not a lot can be done. Maybe fine the Internet pages that advertise this scam...
