So I ordered a pair of Tiger shoes corny nephew. Firstly they charged me $10 more than the agreed upon price. Then didn't send me any invoice or receipt of payment. Told me the shoes had been shipped and when they weren't received and I enquirer as to their status the said they were yet to be shipped due to stock. They arrived 2 days later, however they we heap knock offs of the wrong shoe. Over the past five months of emailing and complaining they continually offer for a 20% compensation if I keep the shoes. When I say no I want a full refund I was told that I would h e to shop the shoes back to China at cost to me and if they get lost in the process a refund out of the question so I am better taking the 20% compensation. I emailed back to say this was not acceptable to find they had blocked my email address. So I just created a new email to tell them how pathetic they are!
