I purchased the product Hyster mobile pro edition 3 followed all installation procedures on my own iphone4, jailbroken phone, easy access to the device downloaded cydia as the install program and nothing worked. the help desk is automated and takes you around in circles, I have sent over 35 emails and have had same responses, with answers from Hyster not even addressing the issues I have questioned. They claim money back in 10 Days, if not satisfied, even after over a month of trying I havent recieved 1 piece of information back from my own device to the control panel. Hyster is a FRAUD. DO NOT BUY IT, it doesn't work
