I am making a complaint against Vital Nature on behalf of my mother who is a 88 year old lady with Dementia.
She has been bombarded with post saying she has won a prize and has been ordering goods that she does not need or ill afford. She just paid £25 for a box of chocolates.
I have no interest in any monetary damages but just want to stop this company.
