On 1/27/16 I signed up and paid $4.95 shipping charges for free sample jar of cleanser. Refused to approve $103.00 for continued shipment of cleanser. When charge of $103.00 appeared on my credit card, I complained to the company and asked for a refund, which they agreed to do. A refund so far, has not happened. The credit card company is now investigating.
