Tell phone number 312-509-9951 is associated with textnow.com and does not allow incoming calls only text. I knew this was a scam from the beginning but was bored and wanted to attempt to impede this persons efforts to defraud people in the future. Don't we have a government agency that should be policing this stuff? It's so easy to find these scammers throughout IG and with the technology available law enforcement could locate and arrest these people on a regular basis.
